Ufuq Program
Program Definition:
The Ufuq Program is an on-the-job training program designed for fresh graduates, aiming to develop their skills and equip them with the necessary knowledge and practical experience throughout the program period. This enables them to perform their duties more efficiently upon joining the pre-agreed and nominated positions.
Program Objectives:
- Attract outstanding national talents from fresh graduates.
- Qualify national cadres to meet the entity’s needs across various specializations.
- Develop the professional and technical capabilities of graduates in alignment with the Ministry’s vision.
- Achieve human capital sustainability by preparing future leaders.
General Program Information:
Step One:
Apply for the track that aligns with your qualifications.
Step Two:
Create a professional résumé (CV).
Step Three:
Complete the questionnaire sent via email. Failure to complete it may result in disqualification.
Program Duration:
12 months (determined based on the nature of the job).
Required Specializations:
Business & Commercial Track:
E-commerce, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Project Management.
Technical Track:
Data Analysis, Management Information Systems, Engineering and Computer Science, IT Programming, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Network Engineering, Business Intelligence.
Legal Track:
Commercial Law, International Law, Public Law, Public Policy Systems, Regulations.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Saudi nationality.
- Fresh graduate (graduation not exceeding 3 years).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum grade of “Very Good”.
- Full-time commitment to the program.
